English Language Challenges

Hello everyone, today I will talk about my experience learning English at university. In my opinion, the face to face English classes at university are great, but the online classes weren´t that good. This year, I understand more than the last year, because the classes are very didactics, the subject of the listening and reading are contemporary (a example are the interview to famous artist).   The blogs were very useful for learn new vocabulary and have a better composition. I also like the blogs, because they allow me to know more about my classmates (their opinion about the topics of each week). I think that I have many things that need to be improved in my English, such as my pronunciation or my limited vocabulary. I also need to have a better ear to understand other people when they speak in English, but I think that I just need to work harder and continue to practice. CHANGES TO MY STUDY PROGRAM

  Hello everyone, today in this blog I will talk about changes to my study program. I am studying social work, this career lasts 10 semesters (5 years) and in each one of the semesters I have between 5 and 6 subjects. I am in my second year and so far I have had subjects that require different times of study. Although the professors use different methods to teach, I believe that they should implement more audiovisual methods (videos, documentaries, films, etc.), since in my opinion this method causes more interest in the students. In the same way, although the " nucleus" seem to me subjects very striking and innovative, I think that inside of the 10 semesters of the career it is necessary to have some "practice". I also think that apart of the libraries, the faculty should provide study rooms, where the students can organize work, read or carry out different activities related with the career.
